How to get your M-PESA statements using your phone
The Safaricom M-PESA statement service allows registered M-PESA customers to conveniently download stamped M-PESA statements directly to their phones or email. This service offers several benefits, including self-registration, on-demand access to statements, and the ability to conduct reconciliations without visiting a Safaricom shop.
These statements can also be used to access financial facilities as required by specific institutions. To access this free service, M-PESA customers can use either the M-PESA App or dial *334# from their mobile phone.

Get M-PESA statements using USSD
Dial *334#
Select My Account.
Select M-PESA Statement.
Select Request Statement.
Select the type of statement that you want.
Select Period.
Enter the recipient’s email address>Repeat the recipient’s email address.
Enter your M-PESA PIN.
Using M-PESA App
Download and install M-PESA App from Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone)
Log into the App using the M-PESA PIN or biometrics.
On the Home Page, go to M-PESA Statements and tap See All
Select the Month to view.
Select Export Statements and set the dates to view.
Select Generate Statement to download the same on your phone.
